Steve Poore (owner) has over 22 years in the industry with specialized training in Water, Fire and Smoke damage restoration and is a Journeyman floor covering installer. His specialty is in vinyl, carpet, tile, laminate flooring and pre-finished wood. Steve comes with years of water intrusion experience and understands the real difference between building at the coast compared to building in the Valley.

Steve’s wife Kitty has 18 years in Construction Management and Marketing; retired from a full service restoration company in Portland, Oregon she joins the company in the role of office manager, job coordination, and promotion of the company. Kitty also is a construction consultant and teaches classes in marketing and company promotion to local small business owners.

Superintendent Rod Hatch has a multitude of experience in construction, restoration and hardwood floor installation. He comes with years of property maintenance and is a master tile installer.
